- About Duty and Customs
There is a possibility of being charged import duty when packages reach customs in the destination country. All charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of unpaid charges leading to a product return, the cost of shipping as well as any fees that incur as a result of the return will be subtracted from the amount refunded.
- Returns and Exchanges
To begin the process of returns, it is required notify (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 days of the item being delivered. All returns must be shipped with a trackable shipping service.
All international returns will be refunded after the item is delivered and inspected. The original and return shipping method and cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Any duty or fees incurred by the process of the return of the item will be subtracted from the total amount refunded.
